Property Management & Accounting (Monthly Assessments)

Property Management:    After careful consideration, the Board of Directors of The Sonora Homeowners Association  decided to contract with Infinity Property Management (IPM) as the managing agent for the Association effective February 1, 2016.   Infinity was purchased by Common Interest Management in November 2022.   For questions about the property, contact onsite manager Tony Barney at tbarney@commoninterest.com

 

Assessments/Escrow questions:   The accounting for Sonora is done by NA Shade & Associates.   If you have any questions about your monthly assessment (dues) account, or the association finances, you may contact them directly at 408-225-3001 or nshadeasoc@aol.com
