 NEW HOMEOWNER WELCOME PACKET
 
Are you a new homeowner to The Sonora? If so, welcome! There is a "Welcome Packet" available under "documents" that we hope will make your move to The Sonora a smooth one. Included in the packet are FAQ's, contact information, and a move-in checklist. We hope you enjoy your time here!

HOA PARKING SPACES

Sixteen (16) "HOA" parking spaces are available for resident rental. The fee is $60 per month, with a three month minimum. Anyone parking in these spaces without a permit will be subject to towing at the vehicle owner's expense. Contact Management  for more details on renting the spaces.
